Freelance Illustration of Serene Dairy Farm
This freelance illustration was challenging yet very enjoying. I was asked to illustrate a farm in a style similar to an example the client found somewhere on the internet. I took the conceptual idea of his sample yet painted it in my own style to make it ever better. It is a beautiful raster illustration of an idealistic and serene dairy farm that will be used on the packaging of the client’s milk products targeting adult consumers. The freelance illustration contains a long view of the lush rolling hills landscape with a large farm house, several red barns, milk silo tank, and roaming white ranch style fencing. In the foreground are contented and grazing Holstein cows and wild flowers.
Freelance Billboard Illustration for Kuwait Dairy Farms
This is a freelance “billboard” illustration and was drawn very large in a vector program so the final illustration could be increased to the size of the billboard the client was going to put it on. It is the same client as the Farm Illustration so you will see common elements between the two illustrations. The concept depicted in this billboard illustration was that of a new delivery service of milk products delivered fresh to your door from the farm. So this shows both the serene dairy farm with Holstein cows and sprawling urban areas with homes, people and cars. In between the two environments, and in the foreground, is our friendly delivery van and driver.
Freelance Illustration of Trade Show Walls for Department of Agriculture
This is a large freelance illustration designed to fully cover two trade show walls of a large booth. It includes many different elements requested by the client such as a farmers market, school bus, school food program, dairy farm, elementary school all dappled with their well-known characters that appear in many of their school food programs.
Freelance Illustration of 1950’s Life Theme Park Poster
This is a freelance illustration of a poster that took several months to illustrate. The reason is that it is a poster of a proposed theme park concept of 1950s life. The theme park is segmented into 5 main categories: Lifestyles and Culture, Music, 50’s Hollywood, Television, and News & Events. There are over 50 buildings illustrated in combination of 1950s architecture and/or Disney theme park style. There are also 1950’s billboards and neon signs, famous actors and actresses of the time, popular 1950s restaurants, and many other memorabilia-related events to spark the viewer’s memory of life in the 1950s. You could easily spend a lot of time looking around this freelance illustrator’s poster in order to take in everything happening within it.
Freelance Illustration of Carnival Event Poster
This is a freelance illustration of a poster that advertises a carnival event planned. This freelance illustration has a cartooned scene illustrated in the center that shows a drone’s view of a variety of visitors, tents, and booths with a carnival barker placed prominently to the side. This part of the illustrated poster did take some time to complete because of this center illustration. The remainder of the poster was completed rather quickly as it only it consists of ornamental elements and a large variety of display lettering resembling carnival-style posters of the past.
