I just completed illustrating a new children’ s picture book called “Once Upon A Time In The Great Big Giant Woods” written by Jim Boat. The calendar time to complete the project was around 6 weeks, from the initial sketches to the completion of the illustrations.

It is a lovely short story about a family of bears that live in the giant woods. I tried to infuse the storybook illustrations with lots of eye candy and visual stimulation for the child. And of course, some adorable cartoon bear characters. Here are the visuals in the new children’s book. I hope you like it!
